The Bounty of the County

Participating with the Bounty of the County, Ontario's localized marketing initiative, we present some local produce, prepared and presented with The Herbal Touch.

Trout

Grilled decadence from one of Ontario's cleanest aquifers, Trout with The Herbal Touch.

Barbequed, either whole and directly on the grills, or wrapped in foil;
..then skinned and boned out to filets for presentation and eating pleasures.

As a Bounty of the County item we're using Goosens' Trout Farm trout, which we picked up only this morning. Our preference is for head-off gutted. Goosens will do them any which way you prefer. If your cooler is large enough, you can even take them home for superb Truite au Bleu.

Vegetables

Asparagus

Local of course, fresh picked this morning and kissed with The Herbal Touch

..Grilled on the "Que" for eating ecstasy.

Tomatoes

Fresh from the green house this morning.

..Topped, seeded, filled with a farce of cheese and zucchini seasoned and touched by The Herbal Touch.

..Grilled for a warm, melted mellow taste sensation.

Salads

Rices Salad

Canadian wild, natural brown and "regular" rices.

Accented with vegetables and accentuated with the freshest of sweet peppers and embellished with The Herbal Touch.

Onion Trio Salad

Crisp iced onion rings, coupled with the freshest of sweet peppers and embellished with The Herbal Touch.
